At Liberty Education, our aim is to revolutionize the educational culture in Sri Lanka by offering an alternative to traditional learning methods. Acknowledging the shortcomings of the current system, we are committed to addressing these issues through the integration of modern technologies and cutting edge research.

Rather than adhering to our free of charge but rigid educational model filled with unnecessary subjects, we prioritize student freedom for an affordable price. Our approach emphasizes accessible education that encourages students to explore their interests and passions. We provide a comprehensive suite of online tools for managing classrooms, conducting secure exams, holding online classes, personalized content based on each student’s preferences, and delivering future-oriented subjects, all at a lower cost than conventional options. Every educator within our platform undergoes rigorous verification to ensure the highest quality of instruction. We serve as the medium for classroom environments, facilitating learning experiences without directly intervening in traditional educational settings. Our goal is not to supplant the formal educational system or tuition classes but to offer alternatives to traditional educational rental businesses.

Proposed Design of the Model

Reception Area: This is where visitors will be greeted, and the place for managing phone calls, receiving deliveries, and handling administrative tasks.
Manager’s office: Positioned adjacent to the receptionist and the office area, the manager’s office acts as the workspace for managerial tasks such as decision making, employee supervision, and communication with stakeholders.
Meeting room: Located right next to the manager’s office, the meeting room is where we hold discussions regarding business strategies, development updates, and project planning. This is also where we interview teachers before recruiting them to the program.
Office area: This is an open space suitable for programmers and other technical workers who use computers, visible to the manager’s office. It provides both a collaborative space for teams working on projects and personal spaces for all office workers, such as programmers.
Break area: This is located right next to the office area for ease of access to workers, designed for employees to relax and socialize. The restroom will be available at the end of the break area
Kitchen: Located adjacent to the break area, the kitchen will be equipped with facilities for preparing meals and storing food items for employees. Our kitchen will emphasize offering organic and natural food options to support a healthy lifestyle.
Server room: Situated in border to the building, in a low traffic zone, the server room houses servers and networking equipment.
Storage room: Positioned in an accessible yet unobstructive location, storage room is where office supplies, equipment, and archives are stored.

Roadmap for Real-world Implementation

The implementation of the Liberty Education business model will be carried out in several phases to ensure a smooth and efficient rollout. Below is a detailed roadmap:
